Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am-7:00pm & Saturday private lessons by appointment only. If you submit a form on Sunday, then we will be in touch with you during the next business day. Please only fill out one form per household listing all dogs you have interest in receiving training for on the same form.

Due to individuals scheduling an online consultation & choosing to not log on after reminders are sent and or cancelling minutes before their appointment, we will be charging a $25 fee for this option. If a package is selected, then the $25 will be CREDITED towards the cost of training. Payments can be made via Zelle (natalie@copilotacademy.com) or Venmo (Copilot-Academy)

If you choose to be a no call no show for either online or in person consultations or request a reschedule less than 12 hours from your appointment time, then we would be happy to reschedule for a $45 fee.

I have made effort to educate myself on Copilot's website and am fully aware that Copilot uses a variety of training methods and equipment to include treats, martingale collars, plastic prong collars and remote collars in a fair and appropriate way to aid in my dog's learning. I will not be surprised at the consultation when a trainer reviews the collar options in person.
